Qualifications

• 4–6 years of law firm tax experience.
• Strong grounding in transactional tax, including M&A and financing work.
• Experience supporting emerging growth or middle-market companies preferred.
• Comfort advising on domestic and international tax structures.
• Excellent academic credentials and clear, precise communication.

Responsibilities

• Advise on federal, state, and international tax matters tied to transactions.
• Assist on mergers, acquisitions, capital markets, equity financings and licensing.
• Work with corporate deal teams across offices for high‑value matters.
• Provide domestic and cross‑border tax planning guidance.
