JD 2022–2023 with 3–4 years of general transactional tax experience is required. Bar admission is required or obtainable quickly; candidates should deliver clear, practical advice and manage substantial transaction components.

Qualifications

• Able to manage substantial components of transactions with supervision.
• Strong writing and clear, practical advice for deal teams.
• Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly) required.

Responsibilities

• Support M&A, acquisitions, and divestitures on the tax side
• Partnership and LLC structuring, joint ventures, and entity-level planning
• Private equity and fund formation support, plus financing and capital markets tax issues
• Real estate tax work, including fund formation and REIT-adjacent matters
