Our AmLaw 100 client is building out its national tax practice and is seeking a 4 to 6 year associate to step into a front-line role advising technology and life sciences companies at every stage of growth. This is a practice known for sitting at the center of the innovation economy, handling market-shaping transactions across the U.S. and internationally.

You should be confident running core components of transactions and comfortable interfacing directly with corporate deal teams.
This is a nationally integrated tax group at a firm consistently ranked at the top of Vault and Chambers for corporate and emerging companies work. The platform is deeply embedded in the tech and life sciences sectors, representing companies from formation through IPO and beyond. Associates here gain early responsibility on sophisticated transactions and build real fluency in venture-backed and public company work.
The compensation range is $310,000 to $390,000, based on class year, with discretionary merit bonuses. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes family-building benefits, paid parental leave, wellness reimbursements, firm-paid CLE and bar dues, and a robust 401(k) program .
