Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to service clients with diverse taxation needs. You’ll conduct client interviews, prepare tax returns, and collaborate with an expert team to deliver high-quality results.

Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field, CPA or Enrolled Agent certification, and experience with complex individual, trust, and partnership returns.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support and audit representation where applicable
• Mentor and support teammates

Responsibilities
