H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs and provide you with advanced training to be successful.

In this role you’ll interview clients, prepare complete and accurate returns, and look for opportunities to grow the business while delivering trusted IRS support. You’ll work with a team of tax experts in a franchise office dedicated to your development during the busy season.

Competenze

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support
• Mentor and support teammates
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership)
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax
• Experience with virtual tax interviews
• Experience with tax planning and audit support
• Sales and/or marketing experience
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field
• CPA or Enrolled Agent certification
