Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a seasonal, experienced Tax Professional to serve clients with diverse tax needs and provide expert training. You’ll conduct tax interviews, prepare returns, and support growth initiatives under the guidance of a skilled team.

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s in accounting with CPA or EA certification and have 5+ years in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax, plus comfort with virtual interview tools and continuing education requirements.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email.
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support (All certification levels can provide tax notice services; Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation).
• Mentor and support teammates.
