Job summary

H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a seasonal Tax Professional to service clients with diverse tax needs and deliver advanced tax training.

You will conduct tax interviews, prepare returns, and help grow the client base while supporting IRS-related matters. You should have a Bachelor’s in accounting or related field, CPA or EA certification, and substantial experience in accounting/finance/tax, including virtual interview experience.

Qualifications

• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools – video, phone, chat, email
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
• Provide clients with IRS support (Audits/Notice services)
• Mentor and support teammates

Education
