Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a Senior Advisor, Technical Account Manager to support Dell Technologies data center infrastructure for Federal customers and partners. This role is based on-site in Omaha, Nebraska, requiring a strong technical background and security clearance.

You will act as a subject matter expert, drive proactive support practices, and collaborate across Dell teams and customer organizations to ensure high service levels and successful design/implementation of complex

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience in a professional role.
• US citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearance with a CI polygraph.
• Deep knowledge of Dell PowerEdge servers, networking, and storage hardware.
• Strong VMware experience and familiarity with diagnostic utilities and their applications.
• Customer-facing with strong escalation management; onsite at a customer's location five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain a deep technical acumen across the Dell Technologies portfolio, including storage, compute, networking, applications, cybersecurity, converged/hyper-converged systems, and edge-core-cloud synergies.
• Develop internal relationships within Dell and earn trust among account executives, project managers, leadership, delivery teams, and security offices.
• Develop external relationships and earn trust with customers and partners through professional, technical, and mission-competent demonstrations.
• Assist customers and the sales team with design, definition, and implementation of complex system requirements.
