Job summary

Adelaide Metrics Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to own AU measurement for our most complex client accounts. You will debug trackers, run kickoff calls, and influence how the TAM team operates.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in ad operations or programmatic advertising, with hands-on tag work and strong data skills. This role is remote-friendly with NY/UK office options and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in ad operations, ad measurement, or programmatic advertising.
• Experience debugging live trackers and validating measurement data.
• Strong Excel skills with data prep and validation capabilities.
• Excellent client-facing communication and ability to translate technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical execution of AU measurement for Adelaide's accounts.
• Troubleshoot and QA for live trackers and tagging issues end-to-end.
• Analyze granular measurement data to improve tracker development.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to automate workflows and scale."
• Provide kickoff calls and email guidance to clients on measurement questions.
