Job summary

Adelaide is seeking a senior TAM specialist to own the technical execution of AU measurement for our most complex accounts, resolving tag and ingestion issues end-to-end. You will collaborate with Product on automation and scalable improvements across the team.

Day-to-day, you’ll set up campaigns, perform QA, troubleshoot trackers, and use Excel and Looker for data exploration while providing client-facing technical support. NYC & London offices exist, but remote-friendly.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in ad operations, ad measurement, or programmatic advertising.
• Advanced JavaScript and HTML familiarity for ad tags and tracking pixels.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, and data prep.
• Experience with Looker, SQL, or similar analytics tools.
• Structured troubleshooting instincts for tagging and measurement issues.
• Excellent client-facing communication and ability to explain technical concepts.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required if hands-on experience is equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage Ad Operations and Trafficking for Adelaide campaigns, including tag generation and measurement fidelity.
• Troubleshoot and QA live trackers; define scalable automation with Product & Engineering.
• Own integrations with new publishers and partners; debug JavaScript/HTML as needed.
• Analyze granular measurement data to guide tracker development and improvements.
• Use Excel and Looker to explore, clean, and filter data for analysis.
• Act as escalation point for TAMs on complex measurement issues; share knowledge.
• Provide client-facing technical guidance on kickoff calls and emails.
