Job summary

829 Studios seeks a Senior Ad Operations and Attribution Strategist to own conversion tracking and measurement architecture for a diverse client portfolio. You will lead GTM and GA4 implementations, ensure privacy-compliant tagging, and drive scalable measurement solutions across paid media platforms.

You will scope projects, advise on pricing, and mentor teams while collaborating with Strategy, Paid Media, Analytics, and Web to deliver actionable insights and robust attribution.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in ad operations or digital analytics with end-to-end implementations.
• Expert command of Google Tag Manager across web and server containers.
• Strong GA4 implementation experience with cross-domain measurement.
• Deep knowledge of major ad platforms and consent/privacy practices.
• Ability to write/modify JavaScript for custom tagging and data layer specs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end conversion tracking for multiple platforms and offline imports.
• Lead GTM architecture, containers, and server-side tagging initiatives.
• Design data layer specs and configure custom event tracking.
• QA, debug, and validate tracking across GA4, ad platforms, and CRMs.
• Scope, estimate, and price tracking work for client engagements.
• Mentor analysts and translate measurement goals into technical requirements.
