Job summary

RTB House is a next-generation demand-side platform using AI to optimize ad performance. We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to support the TAM team, troubleshoot campaigns, and manage large client data files.

You will configure tracking tags, including GTM, and collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure smooth client integrations and reporting. This role offers flexible remote or hybrid work and exposure to international clients.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required for daily technical discussions.
• Basic SQL knowledge is needed to handle data pipelines.
• Analytical approach to problem solving is essential.
• Strong communication with other departments is important.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary technical resource for the Technical Account Management team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems across campaigns, tracking tags, data pipelines, and reports.
• Process large volumes of structured client data files for ad campaigns and diagnose errors.
• Configure and deploy tracking tags and client integrations (e.g., GTM).
• Contribute to internal documentation and knowledge sharing.
