Job summary

Korn Ferry Digital is seeking a Sr. Client Relationship Manager to drive new business and expand existing client relationships for the Talent Suite.

You will sell an integrated SaaS HR platform to organizations with 5,000 employees and under, requiring energy, resilience, and execution excellence. Success comes from generating pipeline, closing multiple deals per month, and thriving in a fast-paced, quota-driven setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR services, HR tech, or HR platform sales.
• Proven success selling HR platforms or services into mid-market.
• Experience selling to CHROs and senior HR leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle sales across new and existing accounts, including territory planning and close.
• Drive pipeline via outbound prospecting and self-sourced opportunities.
• Close multiple deals per month in a high-velocity environment.
• Sell Korn Ferry Talent Suite as an integrated solution, not standalone products.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting and account plans using CRM.
