Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiting team to deliver best candidate experience.
• Manage high-volume full-cycle recruitment across multiple states.
• Review resumes, conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews.
• Source candidates via job boards, colleges, fairs, social media, referrals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate profiles.
• Guide candidates through the process with clear communication.
• Support onboarding and improve new-hire experience.
