Job summary

Parts Town seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead high-volume, full-cycle recruitment across multiple states. You will source candidates, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews while using our ATS to manage workflows and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers.

You will build robust candidate pipelines, host on-site recruiting events, and promote an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume talent acquisition.
• Strong candidate sourcing and outreach experience (e.g., hosting on-site job fairs).
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to partner with hiring managers and build candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with a recruiting team to deliver an excellent candidate experience.
• Manage high-volume full-cycle recruitment across multiple states.
• Review resumes in ATS and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, colleges, and referrals.
• Define ideal candidate profiles with hiring managers and build pipelines.
• Move candidates quickly through the process with clear communication.
• Collaborate with HR on onboarding and new hire experience.
