Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in high-volume talent acquisition.
• Ability to build pipelines with innovative sourcing strategies.
• Proven track record in presenting hiring solutions to managers.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating interviews and extending offers.
