The Senior Sourcer will engage active and passive candidates, contribute to physician and critical role recruitment, and manage relationships with schools, associations, and vendors

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or recruitment marketing.
• Experience recruiting physicians, executives, or senior-level professionals.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and candidate engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Identify and engage active and passive candidates via multiple channels.
• Inform recruiting strategies with labor market insights and industry trends.
• Represent the employer brand throughout the candidate journey.
