HealthTrust Workforce Solutions in Nashville, TN is seeking a Talent Sourcer/Recruiter (Contract) for a 95% remote role. You will source and screen candidates, run phone screenings, and manage a high-volume pipeline across USA facilities.

Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are mentioned; conversion to permanent is possible with a future FTE opening. The ideal candidate has at least 2+ years in full-cycle recruiting or sourcing, strong communication, and comfort with ATS and MS Office.

TALENT SOURCER/ RECRUITER WFH (CONTRACT)

• Guaranteed 40 hours a week - job stability
• Metrics: HIGH VOLUME, FAST-PACED and urgency (supporting multiple Leaders)
• Full cycle recruitment experience, sourcing candidates, phone screenings - NO onboarding
• 401K 3% match, Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP), W-2, any overtime must be pre-approved by manager, weekly pay on Fridays
• 95% Remote - all equipment/ resources provided: laptop; headset; soft phone; Microsoft Suite; Outlook; GHR ATS; job boards
• Availability to convert to permanent with health Insurance, PTO

The ideal candidate will be comfortable sourcing and conducting phone screenings, meeting new people frequently and have the ability to determine a candidate's potential. They should have excellent communication and organizational skills in order to build relationships and build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

The Talent Sourcer/ Recruiter – is responsible for sourcing, recruiting and placing USA-domestic clinical permanent staff and external across the assigned division. The Talent Sourcer/ Recruiter will build a pool of passive and active candidates for facilities through referrals from the sourcing team as well as through other recruitment sources they have identified. Sourcing/ recruitment of candidates is conducted in an efficient, time sensitive, productive, and cost-effective manner in coordination with the efforts of the Manager. The Talent Sourcer/ Recruiter will provide information to candidates concerning the position requirements, client hospital attributes, onboarding processes, credentialing and community offerings.
