Main Line Health is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer to drive candidate flow for acute care nursing roles, using Boolean search, cold calls, and social media to build a diverse pipeline.

You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Partner to review and screen candidates and pursue certifications through education programs. The role offers a hybrid work schedule and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualificações

• 5 or more years of sourcing/recruiting experience required.
• Healthcare agency sourcing experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent amount of relevant work experience.
• AIRS (CIR, ACIR, CDR, CSSR, CSMR, PRC, ECRE); LinkedIn Recruiter; highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive candidate flow to the top of the hiring funnel.
• Deep web searches and daily cold calls to uncover candidates.
• Use social media recruiting and creative strategies to build a diverse pipeline.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partner to review and screen candidates.
• Engage talent and share the employer value proposition to attract top candidates.
