Job summary

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will proactively identify, research, and engage professional and technical candidates to build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. They will partner closely with Recruiters to understand requirements of the role, assess candidate qualifications, and maintain and build a strong pipeline for hard to fill physician and other provider level roles.

This is a hybrid position that will work 2-3 days a week and can be based in one of the following

Qualifications

• Experience in screening and selecting candidates across multiple roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills at all levels.
• Ability to manage time and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Top of funnel candidate sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
• Partner with Recruiters to meet hiring goals and role requirements.
• Manage multiple searches for various openings concurrently.
• Create talent market intel reports and geographic/candidate analysis.
• Expand network of talent sources and resources for identifying candidates.
