Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Services Recruiting Team, supporting our North America Unit. This role leads full lifecycle recruiting, sources high priority positions, and builds pipelines while collaborating with hiring managers to align staffing with business needs.

The ideal candidate will maintain compliant records in the ATS, proactively communicate with candidates and interview teams, extend offers under guidance, and help shape recruiting strategy across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4 years of related experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the full lifecycle recruiting process for high priority roles.
• Sources, develops and maintains a pipeline of diverse technical talent.
• Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and workforce planning.
• Maintains documentation for compliance and uses the ATS effectively.
• Coordinates offers and ensures timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
• Provides ongoing communication with interview teams and candidates throughout the process.
