Job summary

KLA in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking a Senior Program Manager of Talent to design and deliver talent programs, strengthen growth pathways, and boost employee engagement across a global HR organization.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent and Organizational Effectiveness, you will partner with HRBPs, COEs, and business leaders to embed data-informed talent practices in a high-performing, matrixed technology environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and executing talent programs.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and content development skills.
• Uses people analytics and listening tools to drive program decisions.

Responsibilities

• Design and upkeep career pathing frameworks and growth resources.
• Develop stretch assignments, mentoring programs, and accelerated pathways for high-potential talent.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to enable development conversations and planning.
• Support talent reviews, succession cycles, and readiness tracking.
• Create tools and resources for consistent talent assessment across geographies and functions.
• Track and report on key talent commitments and outcomes.
• Analyze engagement data to identify trends and action plans.
• Deliver training, workshops, and facilitation for talent programs.
• Share best practices to strengthen HR capability across the organization.
• Help manage talent systems and workflows, including Workday Talent & Performance.
