Job summary

Gentherm in Novi, MI is seeking a Talent Acquisition Program Manager to shape how we attract, engage, and hire talent across the organization. You will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of global TA programs that strengthen our employer brand and candidate experience.

You will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to translate priorities into scalable programs, drive data-informed decisions, and ensure consistent processes across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years in talent acquisition or HR programs across multiple sites.
• Experience with SuccessFactors ATS or similar systems.
• Strong data analysis and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and roll out standardized TA procedures across sites.
• Harmonize recruiting practices across regions and local needs.
• Translate priorities into operational TA programs, toolkits, and playbooks.
• Own TA systems governance and improve data integrity and user experience.
