Job summary
KLA is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Talent to design and deliver global talent programs, strengthening career growth pathways and employee engagement. You will partner with HR business partners and leaders to embed consistent, data-informed practices across diverse geographies and functions.
You will lead development conversations, manage succession planning cycles and readiness tracking, and support the design and delivery of training and resources across Talent programs, including Workday
Qualifications
- Doctorate degree and related work experience (3 years)
- Master's degree and related work experience (6 years)
- Bachelor's degree and related work experience (8 years)
- Experience with talent program design and execution
- Background in facilitation, communication, and content development
- Experience using people analytics and engagement tools
- Experience working in a global, matrixed technology organization
- Familiarity with inclusion and belonging concepts
- Proficiency with Workday Talent & Performance module or similar HCM platform
- Familiarity with AI as part of daily work
Responsibilities
- Support the design and delivery of talent programs to enrich talent pipelines
- Develop stretch assignments, mentoring and accelerated pathways for high-potential talent
- Enable meaningful development conversations and individual development planning
- Support talent reviews, succession planning, calibration, and readiness tracking
- Contribute to tools, templates, and resources for consistent talent assessment
- Track progress on key talent commitments and metrics
- Analyze engagement data to inform targeted actions for improvement
- Deliver training, workshops, and facilitation across talent programs
- Share best practices to strengthen capability across HR
- Support talent systems and workflows including Workday Talent & Performance
- Ensure data integrity across talent programs and annual cycles
