You will source candidates directly, assess them, sell the opportunity and close offers on your own.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including direct sourcing.
• Experience hiring for front-office and back-office roles.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and fill senior or hard-to-fill roles.
• Strong negotiation skills and complex-offer management.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle searches across investment and corporate functions.
• Source directly, screen, interview, and close offers.
• Build talent pipelines and mentor junior recruiters.
