Responsibilities include leading talent reviews, succession planning, and change initiatives while partnering with HR centers of expertise and finance partners. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience with 5+ years advising senior leaders.
• Strong business acumen linking people decisions to business results.
• Experience leading organization design and restructuring initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Act as strategic advisor to the client group's leadership and participate in business planning.
• Translate strategy into clear people priorities and ensure execution.
• Lead workforce planning with business leaders and identify future capabilities.
• Drive organization design, change management, and governance in the client group.
• Run leadership talent reviews, succession planning and retention strategies.
