WeBox is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead end-to-end hiring across multiple functions and geographies in a fast-growing startup. You will independently identify, engage, assess, and close senior-level talent, partnering with hiring managers and executives to raise the talent bar as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit across multiple functions and levels, including leadership roles.
• Strong outbound sourcing capability and experience building pipelines from scratch.
• Advanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches with tight timelines.
• Experience partnering with senior hiring managers and leadership.
• Strong candidate assessment and interviewing judgment.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• High sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability.
• Strong communication and offer-closing skills.
• Experience using ATS systems and recruiting funnel metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across functions (Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, People).
• Recruit across levels from ICs to Manager/Lead positions.
• Independently manage multiple searches in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Build candidate pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, outreach, referrals, networking, sourcing strategies.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define profiles and translate needs into strategies.
• Assess candidates beyond resumes for capability, ownership, startup fit, and impact.
• Drive candidates through interviews, offers, and onboarding handoff.
• Maintain urgency and deliver a strong candidate experience.
• Use data and funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve sourcing and hiring.
