WeBox Inc. in San Jose, CA is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions.

You will independently source, assess, engage, and close strong candidates while partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership to define hiring needs and candidate profiles. The role is hands-on, with ownership of high-volume and specialized hires, in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines from scratch.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Comfortable working directly with hiring managers and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer and closing.
• Recruit across multiple functions and levels, from entry-level to Manager-level.
• Build candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals, and creative sourcing.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining speed and quality.
• Help continuously improve our recruiting process and candidate experience.
