Job summary

Toast seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for our R&D and G&A teams. You will build strong candidate pools, manage high-volume processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience while collaborating with hiring managers across functions.

This role supports a hybrid work model, partnering with business leaders to address changing hiring needs, deliver timely hires, and drive inclusive recruiting practices using data and ATS tools like Greenhouse.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting across multiple functions (R&D, G&A).
• Strong communication and presentation skills with stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage ambiguity.
• Data-driven approach using recruitment metrics to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on recruiting goals and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Attract and engage top talent for Toast’s R&D and/or G&A functions.
• Review high volumes of applications using ATS and identify top candidates quickly.
• Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and align expectations.
• Build relationships with stakeholders through regular syncs and effective communication.
