Job summary

WeBox is seeking a hands-on Senior Recruiter to hire across functions, levels, and geographies in a fast-growing startup. You will own searches end-to-end, partnering directly with hiring managers and senior leadership to raise the talent bar as WeBox scales.

This role requires sourcing excellence, the ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality, and comfort in ambiguity in a dynamic environment. You will drive interviews, offers, and onboarding while maintaining a positive candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit across multiple functions and levels including leadership roles.
• Strong outbound sourcing capability and experience building pipelines from scratch.
• Advanced experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and deliver results under tight timelines.
• Experience partnering with senior hiring managers and company leadership.
• Strong candidate assessment and interviewing judgment.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and changing priorities.
• High sense of urgency, ownership, and accountability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; capable of closing offers.
• Experience using ATS systems and recruiting funnel metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Finance, and People.
• Recruit across levels from individual contributors to Manager/Lead roles.
• Independently manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, high-growth startup.
• Build candidate pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, outreach, referrals, and networking.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring profiles and strategy.
• Assess candidates beyond resumes for capability, ownership, motivation, and startup fit.
• Drive candidates through the entire process from outreach to onboarding handoff.
• Maintain urgency and deliver a strong candidate experience.
• Use data and funnel metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring.
