Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience hiring for technical, product, or leadership roles.
• Proven sourcing techniques and use of LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to hiring managers and executives on market trends and talent landscape.
• Manage the entire recruiting lifecycle from requisition to offer and closing.
• Develop data-driven sourcing strategies to build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, culture fit, and motivation.
• Improve recruiting processes, tools, and best practices.
• Maintain ATS data integrity and provide regular recruiting metrics.
• Act as a Take-Two brand ambassador to attract talent.
