Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to drive the recruitment strategy across our global studios and technical groups. You will advise leadership, manage end-to-end recruiting, and build robust pipelines for engineering, product, design, and leadership roles.

You will partner with business leaders, ensure a best-in-class candidate experience, and promote Take-Two’s culture and brand as part of a high-growth entertainment portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting in gaming/tech/entertainment.
• Proven track record hiring for tech/leadership roles in competitive markets.
• Expert in sourcing incl. LinkedIn Recruiter and passive candidate engagement.
• Strong communication and negotiation with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient with ATS; Greenhouse experience a plus.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Advise hiring managers and leadership on market trends and talent landscape.
• Manage end-to-end recruiting lifecycle from requisitions to offers.
• Develop data-driven sourcing to build pipelines for engineering, product, design and leadership roles.
• Conduct intake meetings, screen candidates for qualifications and culture fit.
• Identify and implement improvements to recruiting processes and tools.
• Maintain meticulous ATS data and report recruiting metrics.
• Represent Take-Two as a brand ambassador to attract talent.
