Job summary

ICON is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner II, Technology Sales & Service, to serve as the primary TA partner to leadership and own core functions across the business. Based in Austin, TX, you will design and manage searches across Technology Sales, Customer Success, Batch Plant Operations, Logistics, and Field Engineering with a focus on building a talent-dense organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience including executive-level searches.
• Proven success recruiting for G&A functions across finance, HR, legal, and admin.
• Ability to operationalize talent density strategy into recruiting processes.

Responsibilities

• Steward the TA relationship with business unit leadership.
• Own full-cycle recruiting and search strategy for assigned requisitions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to scope roles and define qualifications.
• Engage and present qualified candidates while focusing on density, partnership, and candidate experience.
• Advise leaders on compensation, sourcing strategy, and compliance matters.
• Manage interview logistics and gather structured feedback for decisions.
• Represent TA in talent reviews and org planning meetings.
• Build ICON employer brand at industry events and in talent communities.
• Analyze recruiting metrics, pipeline data, and hiring progress for leadership.
• Onboard and manage recruitment resources as needed.
