Job summary

The Save Mart Companies in Dublin, CA seeks a Sr. Manager, Talent & Organizational Development to lead the Talent & OD professionals, sponsor major programs, and drive strategic planning for people initiatives across the function.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage a program portfolio, track outcomes, and build capability while guiding change across the organization. Travel up to 20% and a generous benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• 7+ years related experience, 5+ years management or leadership.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience/training.
• Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CPLP or related change-management practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages one or more team members within the Talent and Organizational Development team.
• Removes barriers to team success.
• Collaborates across organization in support of Talent and Organizational Development goals.
• Communicates key information to business stakeholders.
• Coaches team on skills and processes within scope of work.
• Manages change for supported programs.
• Identifies opportunities and continuously improves processes across organization.
• Manages portfolio of programs and projects within reporting structure.
• Manages defined metrics and goals for team.
