The Save Mart Companies in Dublin, CA is seeking a Talent & Organizational Development Coordinator to provide day-to-day coordination and admin support for OD programs, events and meetings. You will maintain records in LMS and HR systems, track attendance and compliance, and document SOPs using existing templates.

This role emphasizes organizational excellence, facilitation of sessions, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to ensure programs run smoothly and meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year related experience.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to facilitate sessions and meetings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate meetings, sessions and events.
• Logistics for department programs.
• Tracks attendance, completion compliance and evaluation of sessions and events.
• Schedules and supports facilitators per established plans.
• Maintaining accurate records in LMS and HR systems, including course catalogs and learning documentation.
• Supporting needs assessment, feedback collection, and survey administration.
• Communication of program, project or team updates to key stakeholders and internal team.
• Documenting SOPs and supporting process consistency and operational efficiency.
