This role combines program ownership, facilitation, LMS administration, and support for performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and onboarding. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 7 years in Learning and Development with program design and optimization.
• Experience facilitating programs for employees and leaders.
• Experience administering an LMS and managing learning content.
• Experience supporting talent processes like performance management and leadership development.
• Ability to use data to evaluate programs and drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate New Employee Orientation across locations with HR.
• Support performance management and talent review processes.
• Own and facilitate Manager in Training and Supervisor in Training programs.
• Deliver in-person and virtual learning for leaders and staff.
• Administer LMS including configuration, assignments, content, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain eLearning content and facilitator guides.
• Coordinate other leadership and talent development initiatives.
• Track learning metrics and report on participation and completion.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders to identify learning needs.
