Job summary

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. is seeking a Senior Talent Development Specialist to lead learning and talent development programs across the company. The role combines program ownership, facilitation, LMS administration, and support for performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and onboarding.

It will serve as the LMS administrator and coordinates onboarding at Chico or Mills River. You’ll partner with HR, leaders, and SMEs to deliver practical development opportunities for

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7 years of experience in Learning and development, including program design and optimization.
• Experience facilitating learning programs for employees and leaders.
• Experience administering an LMS and developing or managing learning content.
• Experience supporting talent processes such as performance management, succession planning, or leadership development.
• Experience using learning data, metrics, and feedback to evaluate programs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for in-person and virtual settings.
• Working knowledge of adult learning, instructional design, and talent development practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate New Employee Orientation (NEO) across locations.
• Support performance management, succession planning, and talent reviews.
• Own and facilitate Manager in Training and Supervisor in Training programs.
• Deliver in-person and virtual learning for employees and leaders.
• Administer and maintain the LMS; handle configuration, assignments, content, testing and reporting.
• Develop and maintain eLearning, blended learning, and job aids with SMEs.
• Track and report learning metrics; use data to drive improvements.
• Partner with HR and leaders to identify learning solutions.
