Job summary

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. is seeking a Senior Talent Development Specialist to lead learning and talent development programs across our Chico and Mills River breweries.

You will own the LMS, manage Manager in Training and Supervisor in Training, and coordinate New Employee Orientation at the relevant site. You will partner with HR and leaders to deliver practical development opportunities, support performance processes, and drive program effectiveness through data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years in Learning & Development including program design and optimization.
• Experience facilitating learning for employees and leaders.
• Experience administering an LMS and creating learning content.
• Experience supporting talent processes like performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Ability to analyze learning data and drive improvements.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient with LMS tools (UKG) and eLearning authoring (Rise/Storyline).
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate New Employee Orientation (NEO) at Chico or Mills River locations.
• Support performance management, succession planning, and talent reviews.
• Own and run Manager in Training and Supervisor in Training programs.
• Deliver in-person and virtual learning for leaders and staff.
• Administer and maintain the LMS including configuration and reporting.
• Develop learning resources with SMEs (eLearning, blended learning, job aids).
• Support leadership and talent development initiatives aligned with priorities.
• Track learning metrics and report on participation and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with HR and leaders to identify learning needs and solutions.
• Stay current on learning practices, tools, and technology.
