Job summary

Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. is seeking a Senior Talent Development Specialist to lead learning and talent initiatives across the company.

You will own programs, facilitate sessions, administer our LMS, and support key processes including performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and onboarding at Chico or Mills River. You will collaborate with HR and business leaders to deliver practical development opportunities, analyze learning data, and continuously optimize

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field plus extensive experience in learning and development.
• 7+ years of experience designing and delivering learning programs, including onboarding and leadership development.
• Experience administering an LMS and managing learning content.
• Proven ability to use learning data to improve programs and measure impact.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills for in-person and virtual settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver New Employee Orientation across locations.
• Support performance management, succession planning, and talent reviews.
• Own and run the Manager in Training and Supervisor in Training programs.
• Facilitate learning sessions for employees and leaders, in-person and virtually.
• Administer and optimize the LMS, including configuration, content, and reporting.
• Collaborate with SMEs to develop eLearning and blended resources.
• Track learning metrics and report on program effectiveness.
• Identify practical solutions to support employees and the business.
• Stay current on learning trends, tooling, and best practices.
