You will work with HR leadership, Talent Acquisition, and operations to deliver employee relations, benefits administration, learning and development, performance management, and compliance. The role acts as a trusted advisor, coaching leaders, investigating issues, and helping drive a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations, benefits, recruitment, and learning and development.
• Strong understanding of performance management and compliance.
• Ability to coach leaders and drive organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
• Partner with leaders to support workforce planning and talent development.
• Coach leaders on employee relations, performance, and corrective action.
