Job summary

EY is seeking a Communications Assistant Director to partner with business leaders and execute strategic communications across the Americas. You will drive planning, content creation, brand awareness, and employee engagement through multi-channel approaches while leveraging AI tools to enhance quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in communications or related field.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with AI tools for content creation and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver one or more communications processes or projects with quality and risk focus.
• Drive continuous process improvement and identify innovative solutions.
• May supervise staff to deliver complex initiatives and ensure performance.
• Develop and deploy strategic communications across multiple channels.
