Job summary

Culture Studio in Chicago is seeking a Recruiter to own talent acquisition across Chicago, Daytona Beach, and Nashville, managing the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through interviews, offers, and onboarding handoff.

This role builds proactive talent pipelines for manufacturing, professional, administrative, technical, and leadership roles while managing staffing agency relationships and helping improve quality and speed to hire.

Qualifications

• High-volume recruiting experience.
• Manufacturing, warehouse, production recruiting experience required.
• Experience sourcing beyond traditional job boards.
• Experience recruiting both hourly production employees and professional-level positions.
• Strong candidate communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working with hiring managers and operational leaders.
• Familiarity with ATS/HRIS; UKG is a plus.
• Highly organized; able to manage multiple openings, locations, and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting across all Culture Studio locations, with Chicago representing the largest volume.
• Recruit for high-volume manufacturing positions as well as professional, administrative, technical, and leadership roles.
• Build evergreen pipelines for frequently hired positions.
• Proactively source candidates beyond incoming applications.
• Review applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate in-person tours.
• Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Develop relationships with local talent sources, schools, and referrals.
• Coordinate offers within approved compensation parameters and onboarding.
