Qualifications

• Several years of proven experience as a full-scope end-to-end recruiter.
• Strong track record sourcing top talent in pharma/healthcare/R&D/clinical trials.
• Ability to interpret data from market insights to identify trends and optimize processes.
• Clear communication translating business goals into talent acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through offer.
• Screen shortlisted candidates for an engaging experience.
• Partner with client stakeholders including Business Leaders and HR Business Partners.
• Define talent needs with hiring managers and develop viable solutions.
• Track KPIs and create reports to shape talent strategy.
• Leverage recruitment platforms while ensuring compliance and driving innovation.
