The Technical Recruiter will lead full-cycle talent acquisition for engineering and manufacturing roles, partnering with hiring managers to define needs, source top talent, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and extend offers with a strong emphasis on candidate experience.

The role requires at least 3 years of technical recruiting experience and a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required.
• At least 3 years of recruiting experience for technical positions (engineers or manufacturing technicians).
• Experience supporting a manufacturing environment and working with hourly and salaried staff.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and local/federal laws related to recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle talent acquisition: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and pre-onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define talent needs for open positions and understand business operations.
• Develop sourcing and recruiting plans to find top talent.
• Maintain timely recruitment processes with urgency in interviews, feedback, and offers.
• Develop KPI tracking to measure recruiting effectiveness.
• Identify gaps in the process and implement improvements.
• Support employee referral programs with HR.
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Manage job postings across platforms and ensure compliance with policies.
