Job summary

Goken America is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional to support hiring for full-time, temporary, and intern roles. You will collaborate with internal managers to influence delivery of business objectives through strategic talent attraction.

The role requires sourcing, interviewing, and building diverse candidate pipelines across multiple programs. You will work closely with managers to identify pay rates, provide consultative feedback, and mentor junior recruiters while driving

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting in automotive, manufacturing, IT, and/or aviation industries.
• Ability to multi-task with prioritization and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with sourcing techniques and interviewing diverse candidates.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive recruitment plans to meet current and projected staffing needs.
• Identify and source qualified candidate profiles using various techniques and social media.
• Support recruitment events such as job fairs and campus recruiting.
• Mentor Corporate Recruiters and partner with managers on hiring goals.
• Maintain active talent pipelines and manage time to fill.
