Job summary

Goken is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to support automotive and manufacturing hiring across the organization. Based in Dublin, Ohio, you will partner with internal managers to attract top talent, execute proactive sourcing strategies, and drive time-to-fill improvements while maintaining strong candidate experiences.

You will manage multiple openings, lead talent initiatives, and coordinate offers, relocations, and immigration matters as needed in a dynamic, global engineering

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in full lifecycle recruiting in automotive, manufacturing, IT and/or aviation industries.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and Boolean search.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Familiarity with ATS/CMS and candidate management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop proactive recruitment plans with managers to meet staffing needs, including hard-to-fill roles.
• Source qualified candidates using multiple channels including social media and databases.
• Support recruitment events and college recruiting activities.
• Manage 10–20 openings concurrently and maintain timely updates in ATS.
• Lead talent acquisition initiatives and mentor corporate recruiters as needed.
• Negotiate offers and relocation assistance; coordinate immigration as required.
