You will partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and deliver an outstanding candidate experience in a collaborative, on-site setting. You’ll own sourcing for Finance, Accounting, IT and Engineering, build pipelines via market intel and Boolean search, and guide offers and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with relevant recruiting experience.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS (Workday preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Finance, Accounting, IS, Engineering and other professional roles.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates.
• Leverage market intelligence, talent mapping and analytics to build pipelines.
• Advise hiring managers on interviewing, offers and negotiations to align with goals.
• Collaborate on cross-functional TA initiatives and employer branding.
