Job summary

Martin Marietta is seeking an Associate Workday HRIS Analyst based at our Raleigh, NC headquarters. You will administer, maintain, and optimize the Workday HRIS to support HR functions, ensure data accuracy, and drive process improvements.

You will collaborate with HR, Management and IT to implement enhancements, develop reports and dashboards, provide end-user training, and ensure compliance with HR regulations. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with HRIS/data analytics experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions.
• Ability to work independently with minimal support.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Awareness of the sensitivity around confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure the Workday HRIS system, including custom fields, workflows, and business processes.
• Configure and customize Workday HCM modules to meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot unexpected results or process flows and recommend solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to provide recommendations, configuration, and testing within project timelines.
• Continuously improve HR processes and procedures on the HRIS platform.
• Create advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics.
