Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED with at least 6 years of related recruiting experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field with at least 8 years of related experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to build relationships and advise leaders and HR colleagues at various levels.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates and implements all aspects of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Leads projects to implement new system functionality, optimize processes, increase efficiency, or otherwise enhance talent acquisition capabilities.
• Guides HR business partners and leaders regarding metrics and trends, using data to drive recruiting strategy.
• Participates in professional networking groups, job fairs and other recruiting events.
• Develops creative ideas to streamline recruiting for active and passive candidates.
• Ensures data integrity and legal compliance throughout the recruiting process.
