Williams Companies is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant Sr in Tulsa to collaborate with hiring managers, HR and centers of expertise to source diverse, qualified talent. The role includes full-cycle recruiting and participation in TA projects to enhance processes.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of recruiting experience, a strong ability to partner with leaders, and a commitment to data-driven decision making; familiarity with Workday recruiting is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; minimum 6 years related recruiting experience
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; minimum 8 years related experience

Responsibilities

• Facilitates full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring
• Leads projects to implement new system functionality and improve TA processes
• Guides HR partners and leaders on metrics and trends, using data to drive strategy
• Participates in professional networking, job fairs and recruiting events
• Develops creative ideas to streamline recruiting for active and passive candidates
• Ensures data integrity and compliance throughout recruiting
• Other duties as assigned
